Incorporating the Infrared Sauna

This week Diana focused on incorporating the Infrared Sauna three times a week to her whole- body detox regime.   We are incorporating one additional service each week so that we can see the benefits of each service.

Before I get into her progress from using the infrared sauna, I want to reiterate how important nutrition and eating a whole food plant- based diet is.  You wouldn’t think of trying to put diesel fuel in your Tesla, so why would we choose to put trash into our bodies?

Diana has been getting in the sauna three times a week for the past two weeks to aid in full body detoxification, along with sustaining a whole food plant- based diet.   That said, in 6 weeks she has:

  • Lost 24 pounds
  • Hair, Skin and Nails are more vibrant
  • Inflammation has dramatically decreased
  • Immune system is getting stronger
  • Overall body pain has decreased, and joints are feeling better, with increased range of motion.
